My New Facebook Page for Reviewing Products

jeanette caricatureI’ve decided to start up a Facebook page.  This is NOT something that I ever thought I would be doing, but BzzAgent likes it when you can share your reviews in many different ways, so I thought that this would be easy enough to do.

Boy, was I wrong!  Facebook is SO complicated!  Or at least it is in my opinion.  Anyway, I will only be using it (mainly) for my product reviews.  So far I have only one review on Facebook, but hopefully BzzAgent will send me another invite to try out something else very soon.

My New YouTube Channel for Product Reviews

mocha flavour iced coffeeI just started a YouTube channel for all of my BzzAgent product reviews.  So far there is only one video because I just started with BzzAgent, but I’m hoping to be able to try out more products soon.

If you would like to check out my video review of International Delight Iced Coffee, you can find it here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2Tkj2o7rHk

*** By the way, today I am using the product in a totally different way.  What could that possibly be, you say.  Well, I’m drinking the iced coffee HOT!  It’s so good too!!! ***

First BzzAgent Review – International Delight Iced Coffee

unwrappingLast night I tried all three flavours of the new, ready-to-drink beverage, INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT™ ICED COFFEE. First I tried the Mocha, and it actually did have a very distinct chocolate and coffee flavour. It reminded me of those chocolate covered espresso beans.

Then I tried the Vanilla and Caramel Macchiato flavours. There wasn’t too much of a difference in these. I think the main difference was the smell and the fact that the caramel one is slightly sweeter. I liked them both and I think I may have liked them even more than the mocha one.

I was pretty impressed by the taste of all three. They weren’t as sweet as I thought they would be. I pictured it more like the iced cappuccino that you get from Tim Hortons. I love the taste of Iced Capp, but it’s just loaded in sugar and calories. INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT™ ICED COFFEE is a great alternative and it’s so convenient because you can pick it up at just about any grocery store.  We actually got ours at Walmart because it was on sale for $4 a carton, not that it mattered. I got mine for free because I am a BzzAgent.

Quinoa Salad with Roasted and Raw Veggies

Quinoa Salad

Quinoa is a food that I have been using only for the past two years or so. In the summer my family always used to eat pasta salad, especially if we were having a barbecue or a get together with other family members.

This particular quinoa salad of mine uses raw as well as grilled vegetables. The dressing is just a simple olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. There are those that say that quinoa has to be cooked a certain way, but I just boil mine in salted water for about 10 minutes and then drain it. I don’t rinse it, just as I don’t rinse pasta either.

My Latest Crochet Project

Crochet Cottage Blanket

I finally finished the crochet granny-square blanket that I have been working on for a couple of months now. I will be bringing it up to the cottage and leaving it there. It is the perfect size for a double bed, but I’m not sure if I will be using it for my two daughters’ bed or just for snuggling on the couch.

New Drawings Added

I have just added quite a few more drawings to my Drawings page if any one is interested in checking them out.  There are a few new portraits of some celebrities as well as some of my Ancient Egyptian style drawings, as well as a few more religious works.  I will be adding more artwork soon.
